About Us

Harey Zahav was founded in 2007 by Zeev Epshtein and is one of the leading companies of real estate in Judea, Samaria, and The Valley of Jordan.

Epshtein was born in Moscow and made his Alliya in 1990. He soon turned religious and learnt in a few Yeshivot in Jerusalem.

At the age of 23 he joined the Armored Corps and after that returned to Russia and started his real estate career. The money he earned from turning agricultural land into residential areas, he invested in real estate development in Judea and Samaria.

The first project of our company was the village of Leshem – a project led by Harey Zahav in it we sold the entirety of 700 residential units we built.

Leshem is a well-known success story, and became the most famous real estate project among the Zionist-religious movement in Israel.
